Hari Iyer - Alumnus

Hari joined the lab in July 2013 after having worked in software development for 2 years following graduation. He holds a degree in Finance from Syracuse University, and joined the lab because of his primary research interest in dopamine receptor polymorphisms and their potential impact on societal development across cultures. He is also interested in the potential applications of viruses to modify specific neural pathways; both as a research method as well as a possible treatment for various neurogenetic disorders. Hari is currently a nationally ranked Iron-distance triathlete, and continues to enjoy training and racing in his free time.
