London Burnham - Research Assistant
London joined the lab in the Fall of 2025. She is majoring in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA), with a concentration in cognitive neuroscience, and minoring in Arabic and Psychology. Her main research interest is understanding the neural networks and neurotransmitter systems that underlie decision making. Within the lab, London is currently working on a project that explores the neural basis of geospatial reasoning. She is also very interested in the lab’s work on neuromodulation, using TMS to better understand creativity. Beyond that, she has previously participated in research on the physical and psychological repercussions of chronic stress. Outside of the lab London enjoys jiu jitsu and weight training.
